Round Table Discussions

The 2023 ARN Conference will host three types of engaging Round Table Discussions during both the In-Person and Virtual Conferences:

Presentation Round Table Discussions: Esteemed session presenters from various sessions will be designated to a round table to engage with attendees and address any questions related to their presentations.
Poster Round Table Discussions: Talented poster presenters will also have their own round tables, providing an opportunity for attendees to interact with them directly, asking questions about their posters and research.
SIG Round Table Discussions: Our SIG Leaders will be assigned round tables where they can facilitate discussions on their respective SIG topics, offering participants valuable insights and fostering collaboration.

The Virtual Round Table Discussions will be hosted on Remo, directly accessible through the Conference Schedule.

1 CE will be offered for attendees who attend the entire hour of round table discussion. This CE can be claimed on the Conference Website, similar to all other Conference CE.

Micro-Learning Presentations

During the In-Person Conference, ARN is excited to bring you a series of dynamic Micro-Learning Presentations. These unique opportunities will feature both session presenters and poster presenters who are eager to engage with attendees, providing valuable insights and answering questions about their respective presentations or posters. Each Micro Presentation will run for a concise 15 minutes, allowing for focused and impactful interactions with the audience.

Located in the Exhibit Hall, these presentations promise an enriching experience for all participants. Please note that Continuing Education (CE) credits will not be offered for these sessions.

Random Acts of Kindness

Get ready for an exciting and heartwarming experience at ARN's first-ever "Random Acts of Kindness" raffle, exclusively held during this year's in-person conference.

Here's how you can participate and spread kindness:

Upon registration and receiving your badge, you'll be handed a special raffle ticket. Take a moment to fill out your details in the designated ticket holder section.
Throughout the conference, keep an eye out for individuals who embody kindness, warmth, friendliness, or any other commendable qualities. When you encounter someone who deserves recognition, go ahead and present them with your raffle ticket.
The lucky recipient will then fill out their own information in the ticket recipient section.
All collected tickets will find their way to the ARN raffle table, conveniently located in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday and Thursday, and by registration on Friday.
On Friday, August 18th, during the final session, winners will be drawn. Participants need not be present to claim their prize.

This unique "Random Acts of Kindness" raffle promises to fill the conference with heartfelt moments and a spirit of generosity. Join in, and let's make this event truly memorable for everyone involved!

Virtual Networking

We will be using the platform Remo for our networking breaks during the Virtual Conference.

Paint Fest

Available at the In-Person Conference, we encourage you to participate in this year's Paint Fest! ARN has partnered with the PaintFest Foundation for Hospital Art for this activity. Each kit includes 6 pre-drawn canvases with a dot of color indicating the color for that section. Please take a moment to help us complete the painting. Once complete, this painting will be donated to a local children’s hospital.

Fun Run

Calling all running enthusiasts! Kickstart the final day of the In-Person Conference with an invigorating Fun Run! Lace up your running shoes and join us in the lobby of the convention center on Friday for an energizing run from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM ET. It's the perfect way to infuse your morning with positivity and connect with fellow runners in a fun and healthy activity. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to start your day on the right foot!
